QC PROCESS profile

1) All material coming back from factory will be inspected before putting into storage.

2) When mass production,route inspection is executed.

3) After painting,Labor will test the semi-finished products

4) When packing,QC and workers will inspect products again.

A: Factory are located in Wuyi city, nearby Yongkang . It’s about half an hour away from it. We are factory.

A: Europe and USA: 50%; South America: 20%; South Asia: 20%; others:10%

A: Our factory was established in May 2006. We are specialized in producing non-stick cookware since its inception.

A:T/T ,30% deposit and balance against BL copy / LC at sight .

A: Usually 50-60days upon deposit received.

14 Q: What’s your MOQ?

A: If we have the products in stock, it will be no MOQ. If we need to produce,we can discuss the MOQ according to customer’s exact situation. Usually for the cookware set the quantity will be not less than 1000sets. For the single item the MOQ will be 2000pcs per item.

QUALITY CONTROL

We have QC person stay on the production lines do to the inspection.All products must have been inspected before delivery.we do inline inspection and final inspection.

1.All raw material checked once it arrive our factory.

2.All pieces and logo and all details checked during production.

3.All packing details checked during production.

4.All production quality and packing checked on final inspection after finished.
